Something so simple

You hear it all the time! People telling you to drink more water.... Asking you about your water intake for the day.... Well, I'm here to tell you its for good reasons. Today was my rest day, and because I didn't workout, I wasn't all that thirsty.... But here's the thing. If you're behind on your water, you feel hungry when in reality you are simply dehydrated.... And my "dinner" showed that! So, help yourself Help Yourself and drink up your water!
